🇵🇹 Peguei nesta obra, já algo esquecida nas minhas estantes, com vontade de ler algo verdadeiramente diferente — e, nesse aspecto, correspondeu exactamente ao que procurava.

Estamos perante um universo dominado por chefs de cozinha, dividido essencialmente entre dois grandes grupos: um mais comercial e outro de vertente vegetariana. No centro deste conflito está Jiro, um mestre de sushi cobiçado por ambas as facções.

Não se deixem enganar pela premissa: esta é uma obra marcada por violência gratuita e bastante sangue.

🇬🇧 I picked up this work, somewhat forgotten on my shelves, in the mood for something truly different — and in that regard, it delivered exactly what I was looking for.

We are presented with a universe dominated by chefs, essentially divided between two major factions: one more commercial and the other with a vegetarian focus. At the center of this conflict is Jiro, a sushi master coveted by both sides.

Don’t be misled by the premise: this is a work marked by gratuitous violence and plenty of blood.
