📚 Book Review: Absolute Batman, Vol. 6
📖 Author(s): Scott Snyder, Clay Mann, Nick Dragotta, Frank Martin
💭 My Thoughts:

🇬🇧 Well, just when I thought this title couldn’t get any better, this happens.
First, we get the origin story of this new Bane from the Absolute Universe. An origin story that ends with what could have been a confrontation between Bane and this universe’s Batman, in an absolutely brutal fight that leaves the Dark Knight completely wrecked.
However, that final part seems to work more like a “what if”, showing what might have happened if Batman had decided to face Bane directly. Instead, Bane goes after Bruce Wayne’s friends, and they become the victims of different forms of disfigurement.
Oswald Cobb, Harvey Dent and Edward Nygma are all brutally damaged by Bane, turning this story into almost an origin story for these three characters, who will probably become Batman’s villains in this universe from this point forward.
