🇵🇹 Este era, de longe, um dos títulos desta nova fase que mais aguardava.

Já há muito tempo que não lia nada com o Capitão América e ter Chip Zdarsky ao leme torna tudo ainda mais entusiasmante.

Um arranque interessante. Zdarsky regressa ao momento em que Steve Rogers foi encontrado congelado, 66 anos após o fim da Segunda Guerra Mundial. A diferença é que, desta vez, é introduzido um novo Capitão América que, tanto quanto sei, nunca tinha existido antes. Estamos, por isso, perante uma alteração ao passado de Steve Rogers.

Curiosamente, a primeira missão destes dois Capitães América está relacionada com o Doutor Destino, que é também a personagem central do maior evento da Marvel que está a decorrer atualmente. Estou, por isso, curioso para perceber se existe aqui alguma ligação.

🇬🇧 This was, by far, one of the titles from this new era that I was most looking forward to.

It had been a long time since I last read anything featuring Captain America, and having Chip Zdarsky at the helm makes it even more exciting.

An interesting start. Zdarsky takes us back to the moment when Steve Rogers was found frozen, 66 years after the end of World War II. The difference is that this time a new Captain America is introduced, one who, as far as I know, has never existed before. We are therefore looking at a change to Steve Rogers’ past.

Interestingly, the first mission of these two Captain Americas is connected to Doctor Doom, who also happens to be the central character in Marvel’s biggest ongoing event. So I’m curious to see whether there is any connection here.
