🇵🇹 Eu sabia que esta ia ser uma ótima leitura, e não desiludiu. Foi tudo o que esperava e mais.

É uma bela história de amor, mas também uma reflexão profunda sobre identidade sexual e a busca por aceitação.

Sempre me perguntei porque é que o amor tem de ser tão complicado. Acho que, em parte, é porque as pessoas deixam que os seus medos e a necessidade de se protegerem da dor se interponham no caminho. Talvez, se todos percebessemos que o amanhã não é garantido, o amor não parecesse tão difícil. O amor é um presente, e não devíamos temer a experiência mais incrível que a vida nos pode oferecer.

Mais um para as minhas leituras do ano.

🇬🇧 I knew this was going to be a great read, and it did not disappoint. It was everything I expected and more.

It’s a beautiful love story, but it’s also a profound exploration of sexual identity and the search for acceptance.

I’ve always wondered why love has to be so complicated. I think, in part, it’s because people let their fears and the instinct to protect themselves from pain get in the way. Maybe if we all realized that tomorrow isn’t guaranteed, love wouldn’t seem so difficult. Love is a gift, and we shouldn’t fear the most incredible experience life has to offer.

Another one for my favorite reads of the year.
