🇵🇹 Assim que vi anunciado um novo lançamento dos mesmos autores de “Islander”, fiquei imediatamente interessado — e ainda mais depois de ver a capa.

Este é certamente um duo a acompanhar no presente e no futuro, pois já deram provas da qualidade das obras que conseguem criar em conjunto. São trabalhos com uma forte dimensão cinematográfica.

Corentin Rouge é um artista que já me tinha maravilhado na série Rio, pela forma tão realista como retrata a realidade das favelas brasileiras. Aqui traz muito dessa mesma capacidade, ao representar as diferentes realidades da África do Sul.

Sangoma é um thriller policial muito bem executado em todos os sentidos. Uma leitura deliciosa.

🇬🇧 As soon as I saw a new release announced by the same authors of Islander, I was immediately interested — and even more so after seeing the cover.

This is certainly a duo worth following now and in the future, as they have already proven the quality of the works they can produce together. Their stories have a strong cinematic quality.

Corentin Rouge is an artist who had already amazed me in the series Rio with the very realistic way he portrayed the reality of the Brazilian favelas. Here he brings much of that same ability, depicting the different realities of South Africa.

Sangoma is a police thriller that is very well executed in every sense. A delightful read.

I hope we get more works from these authors!
