💭 My Thoughts:

🇵🇹 A primeira parte desta história é, talvez, uma das melhores aventuras do Mercenário que já li. Adorei o povo-insecto e as fadas mágicas; são, sem dúvida, alguns dos momentos mais memoráveis de fantasia de toda a série.

A partir daí, a narrativa perde algum fôlego. Apesar de os cenários se manterem absolutamente deliciosos, a história torna-se desnecessariamente confusa, o que acaba por lhe retirar impacto.

Ainda assim, a arte de Vicente Segrelles continua a ser fabulosa e permanece como a grande força e principal qualidade desta obra.

🇬🇧 The first part of this story is perhaps one of the best Mercenary adventures I have ever read. I loved the insect people and the magical fairies; they are undoubtedly among the most memorable fantasy moments in the entire series.

From that point on, the narrative loses some momentum. Although the settings remain absolutely delightful, the story becomes unnecessarily confusing, which ends up diminishing its impact.

Even so, Vicente Segrelles’ artwork continues to be fabulous and remains the great strength and main quality of this work.
