🇵🇹 A julgar pelas avaliações que tenho visto, este livro parece-me uma obra bastante subvalorizada.

A sinopse estabelece uma comparação com “Expresso do Amanhã”, e não poderia estar mais de acordo — as semelhanças são evidentes, mas esta obra consegue afirmar a sua própria identidade.

À primeira vista, parece tratar-se apenas de uma ficção científica pós-apocalíptica, mas rapidamente se percebe que há camadas mais profundas, culminando num final surpreendente.

O simbolismo presente ao longo da narrativa funciona como uma crítica à sociedade contemporânea e ao nosso modo de vida, ao mesmo tempo que oferece um vislumbre inquietante de um futuro plausível.

Com uma arte visualmente deslumbrante, foi uma leitura que me cativou por completo — especialmente por abordar temáticas que tanto aprecio.

🇬🇧 Judging by the reviews I’ve seen, this book seems to be quite underrated.

The synopsis draws a comparison with “Snowpiercer”, and I couldn’t agree more — the similarities are clear, yet this work manages to establish its own identity.

At first glance, it appears to be just another post-apocalyptic science fiction story, but it quickly becomes evident that there are deeper layers, culminating in a surprising ending.

The symbolism throughout the narrative serves as a critique of contemporary society and our way of life, while also offering a chilling glimpse into a possible future.

With stunning artwork, it was a thoroughly captivating read — especially given how much I enjoy these kinds of themes.
