💭 My Thoughts:

🇵🇹 Gosto muito do trabalho do André Diniz, mas este título, infelizmente, passou-me completamente ao lado. Na minha opinião, o autor conseguiu um resultado muito mais impactante em “O Idiota”, a sua outra banda desenhada silenciosa.

Tirando um único momento que me deixou genuinamente de boca aberta, o restante do livro não conseguiu despertar em mim qualquer emoção ou curiosidade.

Quanto às cores, tenho dúvidas se realmente acrescentam valor à arte única e inconfundível do autor. Sinceramente, até senti que lhe retiravam carácter, tornando o seu traço visualmente mais banal.

🇬🇧 I really appreciate André Diniz’s work, but unfortunately, this title completely missed the mark for me. In my opinion, he achieved a far more impactful result in “The Idiot”, his other silent comic.

Aside from a single moment that genuinely left me speechless, the rest of the book failed to evoke any emotion or curiosity in me.

As for the colours, I’m not sure they truly add value to the author’s unique and unmistakable art style. Honestly, I even felt they took away some of its character, making his linework appear more ordinary.
