💭 My Thoughts:

🇵🇹 Uma história que decorre, aparentemente, num futuro pós-apocalíptico, embora pouco nos seja revelado sobre esse mundo. Sabemos apenas que a sociedade está dividida entre aqueles que têm o “privilégio” de viver nas cidades e os que sobrevivem fora delas.

Confesso que não compreendo exatamente qual a intenção da autora com esta narrativa — e esse talvez seja o meu maior problema com o livro. É uma história muito vaga, repleta de lacunas que exigem ser preenchidas pela imaginação do leitor, com base nas escassas informações fornecidas.

A arte é agradável e acaba por ser, possivelmente, o aspeto mais cativante desta obra, que, apesar de tudo, se lê de forma bastante rápida e descomplicada.

🇬🇧 A story that takes place, apparently, in a post-apocalyptic future, although little is revealed about this world. All we know is that society is divided between those who have the “privilege” of living in the cities and those who survive outside them.

I must admit I don’t quite understand what the author was aiming for with this narrative — and that might be my main issue with the book. It’s a very vague story, full of gaps that need to be filled by the reader’s imagination, based on the limited information provided.

The artwork is pleasant and ends up being, perhaps, the most appealing aspect of this work, which, despite everything, is quite easy and quick to read.
