🇵🇹 A engenhosidade humana é verdadeiramente notável.

Este livro conta a história da construção do farol “Ar-Men”, erguido sobre uma pequena e traiçoeira rocha depois de inúmeros navios terem encontrado o seu fim nas águas turbulentas e no terreno perigoso da região.

A arte é impressionante e a história é decente, mas se não tiveres grande interesse nesta temática, podes achá-la um pouco monótona. Pessoalmente, não adorei nem detestei. É uma leitura interessante que nos dá a conhecer algo de que eu não fazia ideia—mas não passa disso.

No geral, não foi particularmente empolgante, mas vale a pena pela arte deslumbrante.

This book tells the story of the construction of the lighthouse “Ar-Men”, built on a small, treacherous rock after countless ships met their doom in the wild waters and perilous terrain of the area.

The artwork is impressive, and the story is decent, but if you’re not particularly interested in this theme, you might find it somewhat dull. Personally, I didn’t love it, but I didn’t hate it either. It’s an interesting read that sheds light on something I knew nothing about—but that’s about it.

Overall, it wasn’t particularly thrilling, but the stunning artwork makes it worthwhile.
