🇵🇹 Este é um daqueles livros que exige uma leitura pausada, permitindo-nos absorver cada cena e mergulhar no seu universo. Sem esse cuidado, é fácil perdemo-nos na narrativa e no sentido de cada momento.

Apesar da sua premissa simples, a história não é entregue de forma óbvia ao leitor; cabe-nos reunir as peças para compreender plenamente o que está a acontecer.

O final era crucial para dar um desfecho satisfatório à obra, e creio que cumpre esse propósito. No último terço do livro, já não o consegui largar até o terminar.

Dito isto, o maior trunfo deste livro é, sem dúvida, a arte. Deslumbrante do início ao fim, sem nada de negativo a apontar—visualmente impecável.

🇬🇧 This is one of those books that requires a slow, careful reading, allowing us to absorb each scene and immerse ourselves in its world. Without that, it’s easy to lose ourselves in the narrative and the meaning behind each moment.

Despite its simple premise, the story isn’t handed to the reader in an obvious way; it’s up to us to piece things together to fully understand what’s happening.

The ending was crucial to providing a satisfying conclusion, and I believe it achieves that. In the last third of the book, I simply couldn’t put it down until I had finished it.

That said, the book’s greatest strength is, without a doubt, its artwork. Stunning from start to finish, with nothing negative to point out—visually flawless.
