Sim, eu sei que o título original diz setembro, mas, honestamente, é exatamente assim que este livro parece—devia ter-se chamado setembro.

É uma história de slice-of-life onde seguimos quatro pessoas a tentar juntar as peças das suas vidas, a procurar o seu lugar na sociedade e a lidar com o amor e os relacionamentos da melhor forma que conseguem. Construir uma vida é difícil: os desafios, as expectativas da sociedade, as amizades, os relacionamentos, o dinheiro e a imprevisibilidade das pessoas. É avassalador. Alguns não sobrevivem. Outros podem nunca sentir-se realizados.

Ainda assim, foi uma leitura fantástica. Tenho uma grande admiração por histórias cruas e sem filtros sobre a vida como esta. Lembram-nos que todos estão a lutar as suas próprias batalhas. As coisas nem sempre correm como planeado, mas o essencial é levantar-nos rapidamente e continuar a seguir em frente.

Yeah, I know the original title says September, but honestly, that’s exactly how this book feels—it should have been called September.

It’s a slice-of-life story where we follow four individuals trying to piece their lives together, searching for their place in society, and navigating love and relationships the best way they know how. Building a life is tough: the challenges, societal expectations, friendships, relationships, finances, and the unpredictability of people. It’s overwhelming. Some don’t make it. Some may never feel fulfilled.

That said, it was a fantastic read. I have a real appreciation for raw, unfiltered stories about life like this. They remind us that everyone is fighting their own battles. Things don’t always go as planned, but the key is to get up quickly and keep moving forward.
