💭 My Thoughts:

🇵🇹 Por mais livros infantis que leia, nunca me sinto plenamente preparado para os avaliar de forma justa, já que não sou o público-alvo. Por mais que tente, nunca conseguirei vê-los com os olhos de uma criança.

Dito isto, este mexeu comigo mais do que o habitual neste tipo de livro—talvez por já adorar a personagem d’O Corvo, talvez pela fantástica combinação de cores que o Luís Louro usa sempre nas suas obras, ou pelo seu estilo tão característico. Não sei… mas algo despertou em mim.

Além disso, gostei imenso dos pequenos contos incluídos, que são divertidos e repletos do humor inconfundível do Luís Louro.

Este é um livro que acredito que irá encantar os mais pequenotes e que, talvez, quando crescerem, descubram as aventuras do maior super-herói português.

🇬🇧 No matter how many children’s books I read, I never feel fully equipped to evaluate them fairly, as I’m not the target audience. No matter how hard I try, I’ll never be able to see them through a child’s eyes.

That said, this one moved me more than usual for this type of book—perhaps because I already adore the character of O Corvo, perhaps because of the fantastic combination of colors Luís Louro always uses in his works, or maybe due to his distinctive style. I’m not sure… but something clicked.

Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the short stories included, which were both entertaining and full of Luís Louro’s signature humor.

This is a book I believe will captivate younger readers, and perhaps, as they grow up, they’ll go on to enjoy the adventures of Portugal’s greatest superhero.
