🇵🇹 Descobri Thorgal em 2022 através dos álbuns lançados pela “A Seita”. Embora não me tenham cativado por completo, despertaram uma profunda fascinação por este universo. Até procurei a coleção de 16 volumes da ASA/Público. Ainda não me dediquei a ela, mas estou ansioso por explorar.

Estas novas aventuras de Thorgal, escritas por outro autor, entusiasmaram-me e superaram as expectativas. A capa deslumbrante é uma verdadeira obra de arte, e a história envolvente e personagens bem construídas brilham. Adorei especialmente a nova personagem: uma guerreira negra que me conquistou de imediato.

Este universo de fantasia realista faz lembrar “The Witcher”. Recomendo vivamente a novos leitores e fãs.

🇬🇧 I first discovered Thorgal in 2022 through the albums released by “A Seita”. Though they didn’t fully resonate, they sparked a deep fascination with this universe. I even hunted down the 16-volume ASA/Público collection. While I haven’t yet dived into it, I’m eager to explore it.

These new Thorgal adventures by a different author thrilled me and exceeded my expectations. The stunning cover is a true work of art, and the engaging story and well-crafted characters shine. I especially loved the new character: a black warrior woman who won me over instantly.

This grounded fantasy universe reminds me of “The Witcher”. Highly recommended for newcomers and fans alike.
