📚 Book Review: Thorgal Saga, Vol. 2 – Wendigo
📖 Author(s): Fred Duval, Corentin Rouge
💭 My Thoughts:

🇬🇧 “Thorgal Saga” is a series in which several renowned authors are invited to expand the Thorgal universe through their own stories and interpretations.
In this volume, Fred Duval and the fabulous artist Corentin Rouge bring us a brand-new story set between the “The Land of Qa” saga and “Aaricia”, the latter published in Portugal by ASA as part of a 16-volume collection that, in my opinion, represents one of the best periods of Thorgal.
“Wendigo” is another story that, while not extraordinary, is very good and remains faithful to the spirit of the classics. It is therefore an excellent addition to the Thorgal universe and a treat for fans of this great European comics series.
At the same time, this second volume of the series reinforces the idea that “Thorgal Saga” is not simply an attempt to capitalize on the character’s popularity. On the contrary, it is a high-quality collection that successfully expands an already rich universe while offering new stories without losing the essence that made Thorgal a landmark of European comics.
